Online Therapy in California

Secure, flexible online sessions with a licensed therapist

Therapy That Fits Your Life

Online therapy offers a flexible way to access support that fits more naturally into your life, allowing you to slow down, reflect, and prioritize yourself from the comfort of your own home.

Virtual therapy is flexible, accessible, and just as effective as in-person therapy for concerns like:

  • Anxiety

  • Depression

  • Stress & burnout

  • Relationship struggles

  • Life transitions

  • Feeling disconnected or overwhelmed

All you need is a quiet space, internet access, and a willingness to begin.

How Therapy Can Help

It’s easy to keep putting yourself last.

Many people know they need support, but the effort of finding time, driving across town, or rearranging their day becomes another reason to wait. Online therapy removes that barrier.

Therapy gives you space to understand what’s really going on beneath the surface.

Whether you're feeling anxious, emotionally exhausted, disconnected in relationships, or simply not like yourself, therapy can help you:

  • Feel more grounded and emotionally present

  • Break out of patterns that leave you feeling stuck

  • Improve communication and relationships

  • Respond to stress with more clarity and self-compassion

  • Feel more connected to yourself and your life

You don’t have to have everything figured out before starting.

Meet Dave

My approach to therapy is collaborative, thoughtful, and tailored to you.

I draw from Relational Gestalt Therapy, Mindfulness-Based CBT, Internal Family Systems (IFS), and Emotion-Focused Therapy to help clients better understand themselves and create meaningful change. Rather than forcing you into a rigid framework, I focus on finding an approach that genuinely fits who you are and what you need.

I hold a Master’s degree in Clinical Psychology from Antioch University, am licensed in California, and am also a certified mindfulness educator. I’ve worked with people from many different backgrounds and stages of life, and I believe therapy should feel collaborative, human, and genuinely supportive.

At the center of my work is presence. I want therapy to feel human, not rushed, scripted, or surface-level. My goal is to create a space where you feel safe enough to be honest, understood, and supported.

If you're looking for a therapist in California who offers thoughtful, collaborative online therapy, I’d be glad to connect.
